THE DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

More intention. Less friction.

01

Find the products that need attention

Explore merchandise sales, retained units and current inventory. Search and filter your assortment to focus on the products that matter to your next edit.

02

Choose the period, understand the coverage

Use date presets or a custom range. Coverage notices distinguish unavailable history from genuine zero sales, so the report stays clear about what it measures.

03

Take the detail with you

Export an Excel workbook with a summary, product rows, grouped sales and measured collections, or export the selected report table as CSV.

MAKE IT PART OF YOUR WORKFLOW

A simpler way to get there.

01

Connect the data

Approve the required Shopify permissions and sync the store data. Collection engagement also needs measurement enabled and the relevant shopper consent.

02

Focus the report

Choose a covered date range, refine the filters and inspect the products or collections you want to understand.

03

Share the useful detail

Export Excel or CSV with the selected dates and filters. Data definitions travel with the workbook.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A little
more detail.

Can I make monthly or yearly reports?

You can choose custom dates, but a complete report requires data covering those dates. The current sales service keeps a rolling 60-day snapshot; full-year reporting requires additional historical backfill. Selecting older dates does not create missing history.

Is this an accounting or revenue-attribution report?

No. Sales metrics use retained merchandise value after discounts and refunds, before taxes, and exclude test and cancelled orders. They are not payment settlements or proof of sales caused by MerchCanvas.

Does collection engagement measure all store visitors?

No. It reports supported events from enabled collection measurement, subject to shopper consent. Missing measurement is shown as unavailable, not zero. These events are not a count of unique visitors or all store traffic.
